Shipping Within India:
All the products listed on our website have shipping charges included.
Shipping is available across 29000+ pin codes in India.
COD is provided on most products. However we shall not accept COD for some costly products to prevent fake orders. COD payment modes are not accepted from Lakshadeep or Andaman & Nicobar islands as shipping charges are relatively high to these locations.
If the address is incomplete, wrong or has a pincode mismatch, we shall cancel the order from our end.
In case the customer needs express courier service (2 to 3 day delivery), we shall charge the extra shipping charges as applicable. This is applicable for prepaid orders only and customers need to inform us as soon as the order is made. Large packages (above 5kgs) will not have express courier service.
An estimated (not assured) delivery time can be calculated by entering the pincode on the product page.
The normal delivery time for readymade products shall be between 3 to 7 working days depending on the product and delivery pin code.
The normal delivery time for customised products (like RAM AND SSD EXTEND etc) shall be between 5 to 7 working days depending on the product and delivery pin code.
Time bound delivery on a particular date cannot be assured as we use third party courier services depending on the delivery pin code.
We are unable to change shipping address once the order is dispatched from our end.
We shall have no liability for any delivery delays in case of circumstances which are beyond our control such as public holidays, natural calamities, riots, weather conditions, pandemic, war, festivals, restrictions, lockdowns, curfews, floods, etc.
All packages are sent via well known & reputed courier companies and buyers are notified about the dispatch details via SMS or email.
