Often referred as the myocardial infraction in the medical terms, a heart attack is the permanent disruption of the heart muscle. A heart attack occurs when the blood vessels which is carrying oxygen-rich blood does not reach the heart due to which the heart tissue raptures the muscle thus causing permanent damage to the heart muscle.

  • Another important symptom of heart disease is shortness of breath, extreme palpitations, sweating and feeling of nausea. Sometimes a person feels dizzy and weak.
  • Choking or indigestion is another major symptom. However, these symptoms of heart disease vary for both men as well as women.

  • By controlling/managing the high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol levels etc in the body you can easily control the risk of heart disease.
  • The body weight too needs to be maintained in order to reduce the risk of heart diseases. A proper diet chart should be followed by the person with regular amount of workouts.
